NFL – Conference Championship Previews
Its Conference championship weekend in the NFL and there are 2 great games lined up.
In the AFC the New England Patriots travel to the Denver Broncos in Mile High Stadium as Peyton Manning and Tom Brady revive the greatest QB rivalry in AFC history.
Last week Brady, Edelman and Gronk made light work of Kansas City while Denver stuttered against a weekend Steelers outfit but theres no points for style at this stage.
The Broncos might have the No.1 defense in the league and home advantage on their side but expect the evil genius of Brady and Bellichik to outsmart them. Patriots by 7.
Meanwhile, the Arizona Cardinals take on the 16 – 1 Carolina Panthers in the NFC championship game.
Carson Palmer led the Cardinals past Green Bay in overtime last week in one of the most thrilling playoff games in memory. Elsewhere the Panthers hit the Seahawks for 31 points in the first half then held out for an impressive win.
Larry Fitzgerald was electric for Arizona last week but it’ll take more than just him to beat Cam Newton and his almost perfect Panthers team.
We’ll be showing the earlier of the 2 games this Sunday (Broncos V Patriots 7.30pm), for table bookings:
